Our Food Technology program students exhibited their end-of-term projects in the foyer area of IGVS this week under the coordination of lecturer Eda ŞENSU DEMİR. Our students developed delicious products with high phenolic substances in their content and presented them to visitors as functional products.
The consumption potential of these functional products was also evaluated by making a sensory analysis. Thank you to our students and participants.
