Turkish Airlines won the "Best Design Airline" award in Europe through The Design Air, which rewards innovation and innovation. The airline won the award for its Istanbul Airport passenger touch points and in-flight experience designs. Audited by industry experts and frequent flyers, TheDesignAir continues to reward the best among the airlines that invest in design, product and brand each year. In this context, Turkish Airlines was determined as "The Airline with the Best Design in Europe in 2022". The airline was deemed worthy of the award with its Istanbul Airport passenger contact areas (such as lounges, check-in islands, ticketing offices) and in-flight experience designs (in new business and economy class cabin design and in-flight products).
Speaking about the award and making some statements on this subject, Turkish Airlines Deputy General Manager for Marketing and Sales, Ahmet Olmuştur, said, “Starting from the entrance at Istanbul Airport, to the check-in counters and special passenger lounges, and to new cabin and seat designs on the plane. We are trying to reveal our identity as Turkish Airlines with great care in every field.
