 Bayraktar Kızılelma Flight to TEKNOFEST

Bayraktar Kızılelma, Turkey's first unmanned fighter aircraft, developed by Baykar as 100 percent indigenous and original, was flown at TEKNOFEST 2023. According to Baykar's statement, Bayraktar Kızılelma took off from Çorlu Airport in Tekirdağ, where Akıncı Flight Training and Test Center is located, to Atatürk Airport to be exhibited as part of TEKNOFEST 2023. Bayraktar Kızılelma took off from Çorlu Atatürk Airport at 12:32. After giving two low salutes over Istanbul Atatürk Airport, it landed successfully at 13:09. Bayraktar flew at another airport in Kızılelma from the airport where test flights were made for the first time during this flight. Bayraktar Akıncı TİHA followed Bayraktar Kızılelma in its long flight. The development and production activities of Bayraktar Kızılelma, which will meet at Atatürk Airport within the scope of TEKNOFEST 2023 between April 27 and May 1, 2023, continue with two prototypes that have been successfully produced so far. The mass production of the national unmanned military aircraft is expected to begin.
Bayraktar Kızılelma and Bayraktar TB3 SİHA took their places in the cockpit of TCG Anadolu, which will be the world's first SİHA ship, at the warehouse acceptance ceremony on April 10. Bayraktar Kızılelma, the second prototype of which was completed at the ceremony, is expected to start flight tests from the TCG Anadolu ship in 2025. TCG Anadolu, Bayraktar Kızılelma, and Bayraktar TB3 SİHA ships were opened to visitors in Sarayburnu. Bayraktar Kızılelma project, which Baykar started with 100 percent company’s capital resources, was implemented in 2021. Bayraktar Kızılelma, with serial number TC-ÖZB, left the production area on 14 November 2022 and was transferred to Akıncı Flight Training and Test Center in Çorlu. Bayraktar Kızılelma met the skies in "record time" for the year.
