The designer's first major exhibition, covering a wide part of his career from the opening of her first boutique in Paris in 1910 to her last collection, is opening in England.
Outfits created for British model Anne Gunning and Hollywood stars Lauren Bacall and Marlene Dietrich are among the special pieces of the exhibition, where 180 design products will be displayed.
