Thanks to the project called “European School of Modern Technology (EuroSOMT)” carried out under the leadership of Hacettepe University, the surgeries have been moved to the virtual environment. The project, which aims to increase the experience and the success rate in surgeries, especially by simulating risky surgeries, has been carried out with a budget of 300 thousand Euros under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Emre Huri, who is a faculty member at the Urology department of Hacettepe University. Local simulators developed at the end of 1.5 years are expected to be a big step for surgical branches.
