Final and Make-up Exams:
• 2019-20 Academic Year Spring Semester Final and Make-Up exams will be held online via LMS.
• Exams are multiple choice exams and will be completed in a single session. Students who cannot use their right to take the exam for any reason will not be given a new right.
• Final exam results will be announced on OBIS. In order for students to see their final exam grades, they must fulfill their obligations regarding the openness of OBIS.
Applied Courses:
• Practical courses and exams that are not transferred to Distance Education will be held interactively over the Distance Education System (LMS) between June 1, 2020 - July 11, 2020.
Summer Education:
• Summer education is planned to be held between 17 July 2020 - 4 September 2020 with the Distance Education System.
• All exams will be held online through LMS in summer education.
• Students can take courses that are not offered in summer education from another university, with the recommendation of the department/program head and the decision of the relevant administrative board, within the scope of the Summer Education Directive.
Mandatory Summer Internships:
• Mandatory summer internships for senior students who are in graduation status will be held by Distance Education between 1 June 2020 - 11 July 2020. These students are required to fill in the application form announced on the website and apply at https://oidb.gelisim.edu.tr/ between 18 - 30 May 2020.
• Intermediate class students who have not graduated at the end of the 2019-2020 Academic Year Spring Semester and who want to do their compulsory summer internship will be able to do their compulsory summer internship at the internship places they find between 22 June 2020 and 25 September 2020, provided that they find an internship place.
