Spacex to Launch Starlink's Inflight Internet Service in 2023

It has been announced that the in-flight internet pre-tests of Starlink, which was launched on Delta aircraft in April 2022, have been successfully completed and the service will begin in 2023.

Unfortunately, the internet experience on airplanes still does not meet expectations. Stating that they will provide fast and uninterrupted internet service on the planes, Starlink officials stated that they will provide internet up to 350 Mbps to each plane, allowing all passengers to access high-speed internet at the same time. With latency as low as 20ms, passengers will be able to use video calls, online games and other high-speed internet services on board. Elon Musk also underlined that broadcasting can be done on airplanes thanks to low latency.
Starlink, the world's largest satellite team covering ocean, land and polar regions, is positioned where the flight routes pass.
Starlink's low-profile Aero Terminal features an electronically steered phased array antenna that provides new reliability, redundancy and performance benefits. On the other hand, the Starlink aircraft kit allows a quick installation thanks to its simplified design.
Airline companies will be able to register early for Starlink aircraft service from 19 OCTOBER 2022.
