Spanish aerospace and infrastructure company Ferrovial FER. MC Dalaman agreed on February 17 to purchase 60 percent of the airport operating rights from the YDA Group for 140 million Euros.
According to Ferrovial's statement, the deal has been officially completed and the operating rights of the airport will continue until 2042.
