Turkish Airlines Will Make Positive Discrimination Against Female Employees
According to the statement made by Prof. Dr. Ahmet Bolat, Chairman of the Board, Turkish Airlines is looking for candidates among his female colleagues who want to advance in the career ladder to be appointed as international passenger and cargo sales-marketing chiefs. In line with the target of 25 percent female managers in 2025, it was stated that these employees could later become foreign managers.
