Founder and former CEO of Microsoft Corporation, Bill Gates, wants to spend as much money as possible in order to make the aviation industry cleaner for everyone on the planet. With the Ozone being destroyed due to chlorine and bromine atoms coming into contact with the Ozone in the stratosphere, the need for safer and cleaner gasses are needed. Bill Gates supported private-public fund Breakthrough Energy Catalyst (BEC) to make investments worth as much as $15 billion into aviation-related cleantech projects.
