To be born between 01/01/1983 and 31/12/2002
•To be at least high school graduate
• Good command of English
•Not having a Criminal Record Record and a Criminal Record Archive Record.

The physical conditions are;
• Having a height of 160-180 cm for women and 170-190 cm for men
