Tailwind Airlines will recruit cabin crew with and without experience. He stated that the CVs of those who send their CVs without a picture on career websites will not be accepted for cabin crew recruitment. The following criteria are included in the application conditions of Tailwind Airlines:
-To have at least 10 years of high school or equivalent education for candidates who have studied abroad,
-For citizens living in Turkey, to be at least a high school graduate, have a good command of English or preferably know a second language,
- Not having tattoos and piercings on visible parts of the body when in uniform,
- To accept to be residing in Antalya, to be proportional in the range of at least 1.60-1.80 height and weight,
-For experienced candidates, not leaving other airlines due to indiscipline and health conditions is another condition.
With regard to travel barriers, those who do not have travel barriers in their accommodation on international and domestic flights
-Positive and smiling, with features that are prone to teamwork
- Open to continuous learning and high awareness
- Having the stamina to adapt to the conditions required by the flying profession
-All candidates with swimming skills, who have reports showing that they are fit for flight from hospitals authorized by DGCA, can apply.
During the application, a written and oral foreign language exam and interview will be made, and height and weight measurement will be completed on the same day and relevant references will be sought.
When recruiting experienced cabin crew, it is obligatory to have flight experience within 5 years and to have a Basic Training Certificate.
