Qantas Boeing 787 Incident Caused by Two Missed Pins and Human Error

A scheduled flight from Sydney to Perth reported an issue with the main landing gear and the flight crew was unable to retract it after takeoff. The airplane was Qantas Airways Boeing 787 and had 119 passengers on board. A few moments after departure from Sydney Airport (SYD), the flight crew reported an issue with the main landing gear and was unable to retract it after a takeoff.
Australian investigators found that the incident was caused by multiple human errors, after the failure to remove two pins on the left and right main landing gear before takeoff.
