Established in Istanbul, the new airline was founded in Turkey by two companies based in Ireland and Lithuania, and Fatih Bardakçı, former General Manager of ACT Airlines, was appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
BBN Airlines is expected to carry out charter flights and air cargo transportation in the future.
