According to the "Global Debt Monitor" report published by the Institute of International Finance (IIF), global debts exceeded 305 trillion dollars in the first quarter of the year due to the increase in the debts of China and the USA, reaching an all-time high. In Turkey, when the ratios of debts to GDP are taken into account, there was an increase in debts belonging to non-financial companies, public debts and debts of financial companies such as banks in the first quarter of the year compared to the same period of the previous year.
