The CBRT did not changethepolicy rate, as it didlastmonth, andkeptthepolicy rate, whichwas 14 percent, constant. Inaddition, the CBRT, whichpredictedthatthecurrentaccountbalancewouldgive a surplusthisyear in itspreviousstatements, announcedthat it abandonedthisexpectation.
