As of May 1, 2022, a new tariff will be introduced for traffic insurance prices, which are compulsory for millions of vehicle owners. According to this new tariff, the monthly premium increase rate for compulsory traffic insurance has been increased from 1.5 percent to 2.25%.
The circular dated 6/1/2022 was repealed and it was stated that "The maximum premium amounts to be determined for the 4th step on the basis of each vehicle type by the insurance companies holding the license in the relevant branch will be increased by 2.25 percent as of May 2022."
