Banking and Supervision Agency (BDDK) Chairman Mehmet Ali Akben stated in the presentation letter of the published annual report that the country's economy and financial markets were under the influence of global economic problems due to the economic contraction caused by the Covid-19 pandemic of 2021 and the subsequent supply chain problems.
