TOFAŞ Bought Stellantis Group's Rights in Our Country

Koç Holding, one of the largest holdings in our country, and Stellantis N.V. A huge contract have been signed between them. This is a very strategic deal. TOFAŞ, owned by Koç Holding, has acquired the entire capital of the Stellantis Group's distribution company in our country, through the acquisition.

With the purchase, all brands within Stellantis, namely Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Citroën, DS Automobiles, Jeep, Maserati, Opel, Peugeot, etc. It will be brought to our country and distributed by TOFAŞ.

Thanks to the agreement, all commercial activities of all Stellantis Group brands in our country will be gathered under the roof of TOFAŞ. Not only commercial activities, but also the fact that common energy will be created in production and R&D will ensure that the consumer groups in our country will be returned as more efficient end products and services.

Koç Holding CEO Levent Çakıroğlu stated that with the strategic agreement, significant increases will be achieved in production volume, export volumes, and product development performances, and will keep TOFAŞ in an important position in the automotive sector.

Stellantis CEO stated that they want to deepen the partnership with Koç Holding and that the potential of their brands will grow. TOFAŞ, one of the leading institutions of our country, stated that it is an important production and R&D center for the group.

The Stellantis group will also allocate the production of the "K0" model in medium-sized light commercial vehicle and passenger car versions to TOFAŞ, which is within the plan for the 5 newly joined brands.
