Rising Lithium Prices
The 355% increase in the pricing of lithium, which is one of the basic raw materials of batteries, the most critical part of electric vehicles, in dollar terms in the last year brings with it many problems.
According to the information received from the International Energy Agency (IEA), the price of lithium material per ton increased from 13 thousand 154 dollars on 31 August 2021 to 59 thousand 928 dollars per ton on 31 August 2022.
