New Act Curtain of Trade Wars: Electric Vehicles

After the industrial revolution in the world, various commercial competitions began. Until today, there have been very different product concepts in very different fields in these commercial competitions. In these trade wars, we have been hearing the name of China almost constantly lately. However, China is constantly on the agenda with what it does and plans in the automotive industry. Its statistical data reveal the rise of the country. With this rise, serious problems are expected in the commercial arena as well. They have started to produce so many vehicles that they have become a net vehicle exporter country for the first time. We will see the effects of this situation with the economic reflections on a global scale.

In the reports published by the European Union, China's dominance is revealed. It accounts for approximately 50% of the electric vehicle imports in the European market. In other words, 500,000 of the 1 million electric vehicles sold in the European region in 2022 are produced by China.,

About half of these vehicles are Tesla models produced in China. The high number of users in China also makes the region a serious market for European vehicle manufacturers.

When the trade balances are examined, it has been published in the reports that there is a small difference in favor of Europe, but this situation will turn in favor of China very shortly.

Electric vehicles have become technological machines. The high-tech products in them are remarkable. The restrictions imposed by the United States on China are still in earnest. However, the restrictions of the USA alone are not at a level to hurt the automotive industry in China. It is stated that in the upcoming processes, to reduce China's dominance, other countries may implement similar restrictions to the restrictions imposed by the USA.
