The character of Oblomov written by I. A. Goncharov has always attracted attention with its originality. In this context, we are organizing the second competition program called "Smart Young People Compete" to strengthen the strong bond between Russia and Turkey which have been in contact for centuries.
The "Smart Young People Compete" competition, which will be held under the auspices of Ankara Russian Science and Culture Center (Rossotrudniçestvo) and with the contributions of Ankara Social Sciences University, Ardahan University,
Istanbul Gelisim University, MAPRYAL, Russian Teachers and Translators Association and Hece Publishing, will be held in Ankara on October 8, 2022.
