The Effect of Sociocultural Context on Translation

If sociocultural environment means the culture and society in which a person lives and grows, then sociocultural context is a reflection of this concept in various activities: literature, media, cinema, etc. In this case, the translator's task is to identify non-equivalent words, interpret them correctly, and convey the message of the addressee living in the sociocultural environment 'A' to the addressee living in the sociocultural environment 'B' despite the fundamental differences and inconsistencies of the two languages. What does the sociocultural context mean for an accurate translation?
