Russian Transport Minister Vitaliy Savelyev stated in a statement that 78 Russian planes were detained abroad and that the supply of parts and services for most of the planes was stopped. He stated that they took Iran's experience in how to serve with aircraft in a similar situation as an example to manage this process.
