Applications for the 2020-2021 fall semester exam and course registration will be made between 09.10.2020-14.10.2020 for students who have completed the maximum education period (who have registered at our University in the 2016-2017 fall semester and before) and who want to take advantage of the additional exam right. Applications made after 14.10.2020 will not be considered.
You need to determine the course/courses that you will take the exam or register for the course.
COURSES WHICH ARE GIVEN THE EXAM RIGHT AND ONLY APPLICABLE TO THE EXAM APPLICATION
Fall semester courses (T>U) that fail and have a letter grade (FF-FD) with more theoretical course hours than practical course hours.
COURSES THAT ARE REQUIRED TO CONTINUE AND TO BE REGISTERED
Fall semester courses that do not have theoretical course hours in the failed courses.
Fall semester courses with practical course hours equal to or higher than the theoretical course hours (T ≤ U)
Fall semester courses with no unsuccessful courses but no prerequisite (D) or no (missing) courses taken before
ADDITIONAL EXAM / COURSE RIGHTS
Students who fail up to five courses without taking the additional exams are given the right to take the additional exams of their courses for four semesters.
Those who reduce the number of failed courses to five courses at the end of the additional exams are given the right to take the additional exams of their courses for three semesters for these five courses.
Students who fail a course are given the unlimited right to take additional exams for the course they failed, without benefiting from the right to be a student.
In order for the student to take the courses whose attendance requirement is not met (D) or never taken (incomplete), they must be successful in the courses they failed.
The maximum student has the right to 2 exams for each course for which he/she applies for the exam. The student is deemed to have applied to both of these exams with their application and those who fail the 1st exam do not need to apply again. These exams are;
1. Right to Examination; Between 18.01.2021-30.01.2021;
2. Right to Examination; It will be held between 08.02.2021-13.02.2020.
The student can register for courses in the fall semester for the courses in the curriculum of the relevant program, and for the courses in the spring semester in the spring semester. The conditions of attendance and success in the course of the maximum students who enroll in the course are carried out according to the issues specified in the IGU Associate and Undergraduate Education and Examination Regulations. The midterm, final and make-up exams held during the semester must be taken for the course registered for.
2. The course(s) for which you will take the exam or for which you need to register must have been paid for.

Application petition and receipt must be sent.
Fill in the application petition in the computer environment, scan it with wet signature or take a readable picture, attach it to the attachments with your payment receipt, and send it to your e-mail address with the extension of .......@ogr.gelisim.edu.tr (Information on how to create a student e-mail address. You can apply for the application here, applications that are not sent from the student e-mail will not be evaluated.)
